American Receivable honors Germaine, one of our clients who provides warehouse workers around the DFW metroplex.
The current labor shortage has created a need for creativity to fill the demand for workers. Germaine’s motivation has always been an effort to assist people trying to recover from setbacks, has been meeting this challenge for over five years. Germaine has partnered with area homeless shelters offering jobs to those people who want to work and get back on their feet. Germaine goes above and beyond by providing transportation to and from the job sites. This year fifteen of Germaine’s placements have been able move on to better paying jobs and now have their own apartment and car, thanks to the opportunities Germaine provided them. Of course, this positive cycle of success requires Germaine to constantly find new placements for his customers, and he would not have it any other way!
