Dallas, Texas- American Receivable is proud to announce that Sierra Stieber has joined the team as a second-generation employee. Sierra will have many roles at ARC from sales to account management and office operations.

Sierra graduated from Texas Tech University in 2011 with a Bachelor’s of Science degree. After graduating, Sierra traveled to Austin where she began her career as an event planner. Sierra worked with the industry’s top planners and executing some of Austin’s most spectacular events from quaint hill country weddings to South by Southwest parties. After 5 years in Austin, she decided to trade in her party hat and move back to Dallas to embark on a more corporate career.

Jack Stieber, President and father of Sierra said, “Bringing Sierra onboard to help us continue our success with the new generation of business owners was an easy decision. Her experience in the event industry fortified her skills not only in sales but in being a great business leader. I am proud and confident that she will play a key role in continuing American Receivable’s success in the future.”

“The industries might be vastly different, but the principals of success remain the same. I grew up in and around the factoring world, working many summers as an intern for ARC. I am excited to embark on this endeavor with ARC and to bring a new perspective to the business,” says Sierra.
